Poli Master OIV visit to the Poli Distillery
On Monday the 2nd of April 2007, 13 member of the master OIV (International Organization of Vines and Wine) visited the Poli Distillery. A master in Science in Wine Management allows, in a year of studies, to acquire a complete understanding of the situation of world wine and their geographic diversity.
The students, who come from different countries (including France, Chile, Brazil, Greece, India, Bulgary, Spain and China) have the possibility to travel in all the main wine countries and to learn in person the various enological productions and wine-making techniques. Thank your for the visit.
